Among serious cooks, yes. Much of my kitchen kit came from commercial kitchen suppliers. Well designed and will last a lifetime. I'll use graphite in locks when I have it but mostly I don't have it. Even though you're not supposed to use WD-40 - it works pretty darn good. That's the breaks. :) |

| Jeßus <j@j.j>: Jul 08 08:32AM +1000 Braised pork shoulder with basmati rice. I braised some pork for the first time only a few weeks ago and was more than pleased with the result. This time I'm omitting starchy vegetables as I will serve it on a bed of rice. It's only 8:30AM but I'm cooking it now. Had too many visitors showing up right around the time I plan to cook dinner lately. Plus a slow cook does no harm to a braise, of course. Had poached eggs on toast for brekky. |

The odd thing is that if they were doing it to save time getting through the checkout they likely would have out of the store quicker if they just did things the normal way, going through the store and getting what they wanted/needed in one pass. |

Right? That's what Ron said, this is easy, finish your shopping before you get on line, and if you're together, get on line together. What's with this running back and forth for this then that then the other. nancy |
