Ya see, I am gluten intolerant. I have researched the problem for years now and only lately has the proper research been done . Google a Dr David Perlmutter read about some of the things that he has found about gluten and what they symptoms and side effects are then go talk to almost any and every GP and ask them the same questions about gluten and you will get a totally different albeit incorrect response. Now this is an actual thing, there are actual symptoms, which may be caused by something as simple as a wheat allergy, but it is very difficult to figure out which it is because as you know wheat contains gluten.
