My two credit cards are rewards cards.

He builds gaming computers so this one is about as fast as they come. Unfortunately, he has to use Windows 10 to play games. It's seriously overpriced at 120 bucks. I look forward to the day when he will be able to forego Windows.

The big corporations rarely dodge taxes, they just manipulate the system
with their in-house accounting team. Bernie is a Socialist with far too
many "free" deals that taxes will never cover.

If you are paying interest on credit card bills and have unpaid income
taxes that are accruing interest you are not wealthy on any level.
Wealthy people have NO debt!!!!

I pay zero interest to anyone. Banks pay *me* interest. $700+ last
month from savings alone.

Me, too. The deductions are tricky. A simple donation of $500 to a
charity can tip you into another tax bracket and save you far more than
that. I review my situation prior to the end of the year to look for
those opportunities. 100% legal.

The difference between maintenance and capital improvements is the
issue. Maintenance is cheap. Roof replacements, etc, are not.

Congress is far more influential than the president in lawmaking. Those
are the people to watch. That might have been your point but it's unclear.

I don't mind peanut butter cookies but I don't seek them out. My mother
used to make them with crunchy peanut butter. They were better than
just plain peanut butter cookies. I much prefer oatmeal cookies.
Without raisins.

Yes, but I think I cracked the code that connected coffee grinders to
coffee cake.

I like to snack on hazelnuts. They usually come in a can of nut mix
which does NOT contain peanuts. Don't ask me why.

I don't use coffee creamers but yes, I think that's the brand. I
remember my mother bought hazelnut coffee creamer. I've never tried
adding it to a glass of milk!

Funny, I'm from the US and I've never called them filberts. They've
always been hazelnuts.

It happens here all the time. They grind up the coffee cake and while
it's cooking they grind the coffee.... Hence... gluten contamination.

I love hazelnuts. I like chocolate (in small amounts). I don't think
I'd like Nutella.

I would probably love a roasted hazelnut butter. I just can't imagine
I'd have much use for it. And it would likely be very expensive. There
certainly are a *lot* of different and very expensive nut butters
available at the grocery store these days. I think I'll stick with
lightly salted natural peanut butter. On saltines or toast. :)

I might be biased because I like peanuts. I wasn't crazy about peanut
butter when I was a kid. I discovered much later that it was to be used
as the main attraction, not as a condiment. My mother always used it
sparingly, usually with jam or bananas, and I followed suit. I leaned in
my 20s that it was best when smeared on thick.

If the opportunity ever arises try a juice glass of milk with the coffee
creamer. I know Dollar Tree has the mini bottles of Carnation liquid
creamer and I'll pick one up occasionally for a treat.

Tomorrow it should be almost warm enough use the gas BBQ on the patio.
The problem will be the 60 mph plus winds.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that I don't lose any trees.

It is heading our way. They are talking but 25 mph winds and gusts to 70
mph.

I am thinking maybe I should get my kayaks out of the barn and strap the
to the patio fence.

Well, I'm not in the middle states. But who knows what will happen. So
far predicted is rain and temps in the 70's with wind 10-15 mph. It's
already gotten humid this year. And it feels like it's been raining all
month. I saw the sun on Friday afternoon. By Friday night it clouded
up again.
