No, that would look totally unnatural on me. I have a very fair complexion. The shade I buy is called "natural blonde" but my hair comes out looking light red. I went to the hospital a few years back for a colonoscopy. I was amazed at how many of the staff asked me if I'm a natural redhead. I mentioned it to the neighbor who drove me there. She said, "Your hair *is* red!" Could have knocked me over with a feather. :) Jill |

Mulching blades cost no more than ordinary blades and are just as easily sharpened. They are wonderful for destroying fallen leaves too so saves raking and bagging, plus feeds your lawn. There are several styles... I prefer this style rather than the toothed type... easy to sharpen with a half round machinist file: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005UAYNMQ/ref=as_li_qf_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=geekw00-20&creative=9325&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=B005UAYNMQ&linkId=47f612fdd5370c3a205727faa653c67e Remember safety first, before working under a mower, even cleaning, detach the spark plug wire.... some mowers have been known to start by moving the blade. Unless you have a wet grinder do not grind mower blades or the heat generated will remove the temper. A machinist file is perfect for sharpening mower blades. |

Well it was a minor furor. Stores hadn't switched gears and checkers hasn't been told so were still charging. On our local FB group and on Nextdoor, there was outrage 😂 Nellie |

Prince is a charmer though as you can expect, he eats a lot more than my 2 elder dogs who passed last year. As the lettuce comes in, he has learned to NOT surf-feed it all but we lost a lot of crop there until he got it (no, we didnt do anything horrible to him, just used a harness leash for a bit and pulled him back). Admittedly my experience is minimal, but of the 4 dogs I have had, all vastly prefer lettuce types to grass when that urge hits them. He likes a portion of raw food added to his kibble but seems to not like sweet potatoes/Yams. His preferred treats (of what we use) are daikon cubes, shrimp heads, carrots, and the old favorite of bacon (raw). Also likes the big chew bones (go figure!). He's very old for a Great Dane (as I have posted) but seems overall healthy. Neighborhood now calling him the 'Gentle Gentleman Giant' and the 10-12 year olds get a rotation of running with him up the block and back when Don walks him. |
