Why do you insist on putting everything in dollars value? I know the true value of my house: Location Location and Location. 5min walk to UMSL one way, 5min walk to the South UMSL Metrolink station the other, and a 5min drive back and forth to/from STL International Airport! The perfect Shared International Student Living house! And that is my normal after my Ex bailed on me in 1989! I was starting WashU at the time so I had to find a cheap place to live near school, and I did! So now I own my OWN Shared International Student Living house, outright (no loans, I bought it cash) and have an almost guaranteed set of rotating renters for the rest of my life! And then I will die, on MY TERMS.

You live your life the way you want to and let others live theirs the way THEY WANT TO, please!

Same here. Most coleslaws are made 'sweet' instead of savory. Frankly,
that doesn't appeal to me at all.

I have the same problem with most potato salads.

I have a different problem. I've never been to a restaurant that
served coleslaw, even though that word is Dutch.

That's because I'm always very busy seeking out well - hung abos to fellate.

Poor thing flew past me as I was sitting out back having a last Cuppa Plus looking for the hummingbird feeder, which I did not have it out yet! It actually flew up and put it's little beak into a screw home in the deck before giving up and flying away! :-( So I immediately went back in, found the hummingbird feeder, and made up a fresh batch of hummingbird juice. One cup of sugar to five cups of water, heated on the stove until all the sugar was dissolved, then put it in a washed out big glass bottle, put some in the washed out feeder and put it out.

Can you spell Global WARMING? I normally don't see any hummingbirds into well into Summer! And it's only May 15!

Hummingbirds know, humans don't! Humans are pretty STUPID!

Not only that , but hummers like their syrup at a 4:1 ratio , and
we've been seeing them here - about 200 miles south of Da Loo - for
several weeks now .

I guess John must not have noticed...spring in STL starts weeks earlier than in the upper midwest, let alone where you are in AR...if John pays attention closely enough he may even see armadillos bobbling about his property...

This is loosely based on an old Bisquick taco pizza recipe. The crust is
basically 1.5 cups biscuit mix, 1/2 cup cornmeal and 1/2 cup milk. I'm doing
mine in a rectangular casserole dish so I made slightly more dough. I
greased the pan with olive oil and sprinkled it with more cornmeal. Patted
the dough out with wet hands and baked it at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.

While it was baking, I browned some ground beef and added the liquid from a
can of Rotel tomatoes and chiles and some chili pepper.

When the crust came out, I topped it with the Rotel, a can of refried beans,
the beef, and put it back in for 15 minutes. I will then top it with sharp
cheddar and put it back until the cheese melts. I will decorate it with
black olives and top with shredded lettuce, salsa and tortilla chips. You
can add additional toppings. Whatever you'd put on tacos or Mexican food.

LOL though, guess the wording lead to that.

Anyways, with Prince, suddenly 50lb bags make sense but are too heavy
for us to handle. We are generally going with 22lb bags which last him
about 2.5 weeks.

His muzzle is greying out as he's no spring chicken but he's enjoying a
final home. For a year, maybe 2 if we are very very lucky.

If you're talking bell peppers... you do realize the red, yellow and
orange ones are just more ripe than the green ones, right? Bell peppers
are not hot.

I think in that setup, it would be very easy.

At Harris Teeters, they have a round turn table that spins (has a
control at the upper leg to make it spin). We generally bag our own as
we can bag as fast as they can ring up. Been doing that for years. Don
(used to be Charlotte) would get a second cart for loading at the foot
of the station then when the extra cart was mostly full he takes it out
to the car and starts loading while I finish up and bring the second
cart out.
