I can't say how Taco Bell does it though. I've eaten portions of whole subterannean cooked pig maybe five times in my life. It was always excellent, but I preferred the goat. I've only eaten goat once, but I'll never forget it. It was cooked underground along with a pig and a lamb by some bar in Silver Springs, NV in the eighties. I'm glad I went to the shindig. Ah. Well here's my point (futile though it may be, since you are not receptive to changing your mind): If you ordered Vichyssoise in a restaurant it would be pureed and chilled, because that's what Vichyssoise is. If it's not pureed and chilled, it's not Vichyssoise. It's simply potato-leek soup. Cindy Hamilton |

That's exactly what I just said. Read it again. That was my disclaimer that you snipped after I said that I like it chunky and hot yet still call it the same name. |

A couple grocery stores won't let you bring your own bags in. One in town will let you bring them in and use them but you have to pack them yourself. |

Everybody here brings their own bags and I go in with mine all the time. I don't want to buy any bags there and I don't want to bring home any purchases in the boxes and box bottoms they have an abundance of Here in the SFBA most stores are not allowing you to bring your own bags. The fact that they continued to charge for the stores ones set off a huge furor and a few stopped charging and some just stopped giving bags at all. So you need to put your items back in your cart and deal with them at your car. That's the breaks, lol, Nellie === We are doing that anyway atm. I don't shop at Aldi, but the grocery stores around here stopped letting people use their own bags some time in March, because of the contamination possibility. Cindy Hamilton |

I always buy loose produce so I can pick and choose. Those, you can just wash off in fresh water. Most people do that anyway even before the virus mess. |

Weird. I never saw Ken's post. I've never seen the cheese bowls. I got the regular ones years ago. I put taco type fillings in them. Angela and I tried to eat them. They were tough, thick, stretchy and bland. We dumped the filling on a plate, ate that,, then threw all of the bowls out. They were that bad. |

Whenever I eat stuffed peppers, I always put one in a serving bowl then cut it all up until the green pepper pieces are bite-size. I've always thought that, rather than stuff then cook them whole in the oven, you could probably cut them up first and cook all of them in a casserole dish. |
