I picked on Jill and Joan yesterday for their bullying of
John and Julie. (Notice all "J's" there)

I'm not stupid though. Throw a rock at a hornet's nest
and you better damn sure run. ;)

I only say just joking when it really was was a joke.
Mostly I'll tease mean people.
Look up the definition of "tease" and "kidding"

Thanks Ophelia! Yep, I have the coffee pot set up to make a fresh
pot and my big Thermos
ready nearby and my lunchtime bagel sandwich made up and wrapped
in foil in the fridge, my
scrubs clean and ready to go!

You also talked about what I quoted above that he didn't mention
his work lunch plan. He did say it and I quoted what he said.

Your criticism of his potatoes over beans and rice had no
relevance to what I responded to so I snipped it.

LOL If you switched to my newsreader, it would be a serious
*downgrade*. (Netscape® Communicator 4.73) (Windows98 too)
It's perfect for usenet. No need to upgrade.

I do use Thunderbird on the newer computers for mail
and the occasional usenet.

I miss those "good ol days" when I kept up to 40 McDonalds
burgers in the freezer. 2 in each bag and tasted like fresh
made after a brief stop in the microwave. ;-D

He's in a very bad mood again lately. I think he's breaking up with
Reuben.

I seriously doubt that... they have a child together, and I seriously
doubt either is cheating on the other, they don't want anything to
interfere with their child, they're not low lifes like yoose... they
are not kids, both are mature, they seem to be happily married to me
and accept their station in life. Of course yoose dirt bags always
think the worst because that's your life. Graham is definately a
dirty dirt bag... why is he here, he can't cook a lick.

I actually suspect that if he wins again, she'll divorce him.
She never looks happy. I don't think she enjoys being a
first lady and all the bad family attention.

I don't think so either. And who knows, maybe Sodium Benzoate protects
against Covid-19.

Arby's Horsey Sauce: Soybean Oil, Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup,
Distilled Vinegar, Corn Syrup, Modified Corn Starch, Egg Yolks, Salt,
Mustard Flour, Horseradish Powder, Artificial Flavor, Sodium Benzoate
(preservative), Calcium Disodium EDTA (to protect flavor).

I love it when they make a chemical science project and then add
another chemical to protect the "flavor" :)

And HFCS is for cheap ass producers who find sugar too expensive.

Get a gasoline powered alarm clock in case there is a power failure.
You don't want to be late for work.

It's best not to touch the mask too much. Maybe it's better to put it
on and leave it on until you're home again, rather than go on, off,
on, off.

And for that reason, the governor of Virginia issued a new
mandate the other day - starting tomorrow (Friday May 29),
everyone in the state must wear a mask in public places.
(Not outdoors unless you're in a crowd)

I think it's a good move. It's hardly an incovenience to
wear one occasionally. I keep one in the glove compartment
of my van so I always have one handy whenever I drive anywhere.
Every little bit of precaution is a good thing.

Oddly, his mandate is only for "everyone over the age of 10."
I suspect most parents will/should protect their young
ones with a mask too. I can't imagine not doing so.
