Probably because they're what I'm used to seeing, but the modern versions
look more appealing to me.

Natural selection and genetic modification are two completely
different things.

We would all starve without GMO foods...

Near as I can tell, her kinfolk are mountain people that live in the deepest darkest Appalachians. It sounds scary. They run the place and are the mayor, town counsel, judgeship, and police, of the hamlet. She could probably get away with ignoring the law because her family is the law. My guess is that they'd hang my yellow ass the first time they caught sight of it entering the town limits.

Why would they? I'm not PAYING them for Collision insurance. Just MO bare minimum. Personal injury insurance not for property.

Yeah, I first drove Baby II to take pics of my dead Leaf and then to the gasoline station and filled her up! :-(

I mean I need to driver Baby II anyway, cause AAA found a dead cell in my 12V battery so I said "New Battery please!"

Two thing I never regretted buying for a car. New Battery and New Tires!

"Baby" was also killed Halloween 2017. Hit from behind by a speeding car! I came to a complete stop then looked up at my reat view and there was a pair of headlights that came way too fast and...BAM! Drove my stopped 1996 regular Caravan into the car ahead of me and deployed my airbags and destroyed the vehicle. Hence I bought "Baby II" a 2006 Grand Caravan! Which I am driving now while my Leaf gets repaired, function over form. I want my 100% electric car back!

Using 00 flour, making thin pies.
Cuisinart stone in oven. Whether 550 deg or 450 i cannot get crust to nicley brown before burning top.
I tried up top in oven and down low.
I tried low then opening oven door to let top heat out.
The pies are really good but could be better.
What do I need to do to get the crust better?

How long do you heat up the stone? I always gave it 20 to 30 minutes.
Bottom rack. Could your sauce be making your crust too wet before it
bakes?

That's not true. You divide foods and people by classes - soups, soy sauce, canned meats. It's so ingrained into your soul that you can no longer have the ability to perceive it. That's the breaks.

You confuse distinguishing different qualities with distinguishing
different classes of people. You're probably not even able to see that
you're doing that. That's why it's good that you have me to tell you,
humble man.

The difference is that I'm aware of what I do. Don't try your lame mind games on me - it won't work.

I want to know how the crockpot pulled pork turned out; you haven't reported
back. Was it fabulous? Did your brother leave you any or is he no longer
speaking to you after you did the dish in the slow cooker?

I'll speak up and say when you are single for many years, yes, you do get
set in your ways; that goes for BOTH sexes. Nobody likes to be dominated
by another person no matter their sex unless they are henpecked or the
fear of having their eyes blacked if they 'talk back.'

Yes.

I think it's because when you're single, nobody taps you on the
shoulder when you're becoming a bit nutty and rigid about certain
things. Over time that nuttiness and rigidity add up, until you think
you're a ferret. But those are extreme cases.

That's rich from some who's been damaging rechargeable batteries when he
follows the instructions.
