Press 0 [zero] Repeat as necessary. If the automated menu system is
also voice activated say "Operator" or "Agent". One or the other of
those usually gets me out of an endless telephone menu loop.

I have a leather trifold. Bought it in Italy a dozen years ago at a
small leather shop in Florence. It was cheap so two years later I
bought another in a different color to use when the first wore out.
Looks like that will be inherited by my sone as the first one is in
great shape.

On the other hand, in the future, my guess is we may not have
T-birds on the rocks.

Those were nice too. By the 1970s, Thunderbirds were not pretty cars. I'm not a car enthusiast, but I do like pretty things.

Oh, I don't know. I had a '78 midnight blue T-top Thunderbird with
saddle interior and it was a real looker.

Nothing wrong with that. Don and I are carb heavy as it suits us.
(both of us in normal weight or a bit below for our height).

Watching carbs reasonably (not extremes) is a good way to stave off
potential diabetes if one's family is prone to it.

Interesting! I didn't know that about beet tops.

I have chard arriving in my next 'misfits' box. I recently rejoined
them since they now allow you to select your choices. If anyone wants
to try them, I also have a coupon that reduces the cost of your first
order. I happen to get a little off my next box too.

Chard is one of the few veggies I have not tried.

On beets, I rather liked the glass jarred ones. They aren't pickled (I
hate those) and don't taste like the can like somehow canned beets did.
The natural taste is earthy, similar in some ways to mushrooms.

Druce doesn't like these additives because they alter the all
natural, free range, vegetarian butt odor.

There really is nothing unhealthful except the palm oil. I *do* know what those ingredients are.

So do I.
I have a book listing the EU E-numbers that describes these in detail.

That's when the operator pisses into the vat!

Who uses flickr anymore? My ex-boss owns/runs that site. When I
asked him for a free account for old times sake he deleted the whole
account <snork>.

The whole company lost their jobs (120) when he took over, and the
company went <poof!> after 14 years of very successful business.

Anyway - it's a lame flickr page. I don't think they look all that
bad, and you took them all out of context. Different people have
different tastes - we can't all be food snobs who think Del Taco and
canned chili is goremay food.

And the bonus for evil meat eaters is there are lots of burned dead
animal corpses to feed on.

I'm looking forward to making a fire with seasoned hickory, and burning some dead animal, a T-bone that's close to porterhouse. My wife gets the tenderloin, and I get the rest. While the texture of the tenderloin is luscious, I like the flavor of the strip better than any other muscle from the dead cow.

My house was on the ocean with a sandy beach at the bottom of the
garden - never going to be a problem selling, in the end, two doctors
from Calgary bought it, so excited to live by the sea.
