It's funny how the madman's camp only suspected voter fraud in the
states where he lost.

Can you give a few examples of how your daily life might change under
Biden?

Or can you give a few examples of how your daily life got better when
Socialist Obama was succeeded by MAGA man Trump?

We mainly support wildlife charities, such as a Koala charity after
last year's bushfires.

I'm not going to steal something and then give it back to them. That's
very counterproductive!

Back in the early 70s there was a girl in one of my sociology classes
who worked as a stripper. She put in a couple hours a night 5 nights a
week and was pulling in $350 a week. It doesn't sound like much but this
was 1972, I had a summer job working in an alloy smelting plant where is
was hot, noisy and very dangerous. I was making what was pretty damned
good money $4.25 /hour..$170/week.

Should I choose, I can sink lower into inanity than you can. I also hold a
PhD in Profanity, but I choose not to exercise that art on Usenet.

I have to wonder if the minimum wage is sometimes holding people back.
They accept it for entry level jobs no matter how low it is. If it did
not exist as such, would they say "no" and walk away? Some employers
seem to use it as an excuse. If you cannot pay $10/hr today you do not
deserve to be in business. Some states are higher than that. Jobs with
any skill should be $15 and up.

Where I worked, we paid $16 minimum for unskilled and $20 minimum for
other jobs or we could not get workers. That is where @12.75 was state
minimum.

No, no, no. Leo has to live until a 100. He will be put in a museum
for parents and children to visit. "Look Johnny, this is what people
were like in 1860."

Through the 50s and possibly into the 60s, farmers in my area of England
used horses to plough dead straight, marker furrows for tractor drawn
ploughs to follow. Nearly every farm had at least one draft horse,
always Suffolk Punches. Now that breed is endangered and there are a few
breeders in the UK trying to keep it going. Strangely, there is also a
breeder in Idaho.

Mostly she likes to bake sweet stuff. She has the chops to be a pastry chef
but she's training to be a veterinary assistant. She has to work 150 hours
at an animal clinic for a class. I think it's kind of lame that they won't
be paying her.

Really?? Not pay her at all???? Hmm not sure that could be right:(

I only listen to live bands. If they have less than 13 members, I ain't
interested. Of course, avant garde music is the only music worth listening
to.
