We two 'GM's' seem to be about the same age, Greg.
I was also in 4th grade during the 62-63 school year.
Born June 1953 in a Washington D.C. hospital.
I'm a true Usain, born in our nations capital. :)

Well, you learn something new every day. "HA" is the old style
abbreviation for Hawaii. Obsoleted in October 1963.

They changed it to HI because that's like aloha.
Better for tourism.

Chloe, I've never had any trauma more than not being able to

Good, but incomplete. In an omelet, the additions (like ham, for
example) are placed inside the fold. In a frittata, the additions are
mixed in with the egg.

I stretch the definition of "frittata" by carefully not browning the
eggs. But it's round and filled with additional ingredients. I
typically cook the top by putting a lid on the pan and being patient.

Sometimes, when people retire, they start to find incredibly
unimportant things incredibly important.

Apparently, he's not alone. Googling for "pasta frittata" yields a ton
of hits. Most of them seem to use eggs simply for binding a fried pasta
cake, but it is "a thing".

Yes. Ground breakfast sausage for me.

It's a risk/reward analysis. There's a risk to everything. I don't
see any reward at all to leaving leftovers out of the fridge. Do you?

I don't operate that way. I like to try new stuff and not let my life be ruled by fear and pre-conceived notions. It doesn't matter if I might not like something. Learning new things is sometimes expensive but it's always worth it.

He probably broke the internal USB port in the camera, and isn't aware
that he can remove the SD card from the camera and plug it into the side
of his Macbook (depending on the model).
