Hey, that's what I'd want in a house painter, a technician, rather than an artist. This is the same mindset as reading other books and writing like others write. I always brush French bread with egg white to make it crusty if it didn't start out that way, and I don't use shitty hoagie rolls just because other people do. I don't slop jarred beatoff (mayo) on them either. I didn't even use onions, but only peppers, so I guess it wasn't a "Philly" cheese steak. A lot of slobs use Cheez Whiz.
