He simply said it was just a regular corn muffin recipe baked in dark muffin tins. There was no mention of pecans or a recipe when I asked. Maybe I missed something. I followed no recipe, was about half regular cornmeal and half coarse ground cornmeal, one egg, a pinch of salt, a scant tsp of baking powder and some milk. They were made a few years ago, I don't remember precisely what I did. |
