All of a sudden vaccine mandates, vaccination passports, worthless masking and lockdowns are being suspended all across America. This was not supposed to happen. The next election needs mail in voting, suspension of existing voting laws, vote harvesting, drop boxes, programed Dominion, One Armed Bandit, vote counting machines, and a complete disregard for State Constitutions and the US Constitution in order to secure a fraudulent victory. In other words the radical left needs fraud and cheating to continue to occupy positions of power. Truckers, as demonstrated in Canada, cannot be handled the way the DOJ and the FBI handled the January 6 patriots. Empty stomachs along with supply shortages will ignite large feral mobs that will render all the high tech cameras worthless. Lawless, individual Stasi type early morning raids, designed to destabilize dissidents, don't work when supermarket shelves are empty. |

If we undertook the task, we'd both be involved. Without seeing the situation, it's difficult to say, but he'd probably have me belay the tree so it wouldn't go where we didn't want it to. Our safety would be slightly enhanced by the fact that we have fiberglass ladders. A 20' extension ladder that might not have been useful in this situation, and 8', 6', and 4' ladders. If the 8' ladder didn't suffice, we might have pulled up the utility trailer and put the ladder in it, which would give us a couple more feet of height. -- Cindy Hamilton |

Here we've been told to phone the highway department, they'll be happy to send a crew to remove that fallen tree. A half dozen guys will arrive with a dump truck and a cherry picker... they'll make a 1 hour job last all day but they'll do a neat job. Any wiring needed they'll contact the electric company, another truck will arrive with guys to fiddle around for at least half a day. They have the equipment and the know-how, they don't want people playing with live wires. |

The harsh reality is that in this society, you have to consume items in order to match the output of factories. If there's no consumption, the factories will close and businesses will shut down. People who buy a new TV every five years or a phone every 2 years insure a strong and vibrant industry. We all know what happened in the heyday of the desktop computer. Hearing aids are typically rated to last 5 years. The industry is built around that premise. If your hearing aid is over five years old, most places would try to sell you a new aid. For aids that cost $2500 to $8000 a pair that's a tough pill to swallow. If a dealer tells you that your 5 year old aid can't be repaired - I'd go to someone else. Since I was able to repair aids, I didn't follow that industry standard. I would just repair the aid and charge 65 to 99 bucks. Some aids were quite hairy to fix. After a decade or so the wiring would be mostly corroded and would fall apart if you looked at it funny. These days, my eyesight is blurry, my hands are shaky, and I'm afraid to crack open an aid. I did repair an aid for an rfc'er back in the old days - I'm still waiting for my 25 bucks. |

If I use wet, not enough vinegar to matter but yes, normally a little powder. LOL, sorry on the celery root. I don't 'hate' celery, but don't really like it either. Instead I'm apt to put some grated daikon or hotter radish (not much! Just a little). Some turnip might be in some batches. Say, 6-7 items in there, with one being a little 'warm'. |
