A Moose in Love <parkstreetbooboo@gmail.com>: Jun 14 02:24PM -0700 i'm a bit on the heavy side. what i find to be a good weight loss technique is to eat a filling meal, but only once per day. for me anyway, eating 5 small meals or whatever the gurus are selling these days does not work. yesterday i had for lunch a good sized schnitzel, mashed potatoes along with synthetic mushroom gravy, coleslaw with a light mayo dressing, a couple of squares of chocolate for dessert. i did cheat and had a leftover schnitzel(without anything else)for supper. the next day, i was about an inch lesser on my belt. |

I find slightly smaller portions and cutting out bread and cakes works for me, especially the latter. |

I don't know how it is in your country but in the US, a "moose" is a baby with a heavy birth weight. I always thought that was funny. Good luck with the losing of the weight. My guess is that your best bet is to cut out carbs but don't quote me on that because I could be wrong. |

It's like doing a jigsaw puzzle except you get something useful when you're finished. I have lots of things together. I worked in the toy and sports department of a department store for a couple years and I ended up with the job of assembling bicycles and 1960s style BBQs, which were infinitely easier than this Weber. I have no problems with stuff from Ikea. I have to say that this Weber had way more parts than anything I ever assembled myself before. I also have to commend Weber for the workmanship on the kit. The instructions were a bit of a challenge, having no names on the parts, and no written instruction, just numbered diagrams. Every part fit exactly as they were supposed to. Many of the components had nuts affixed to the holes, reducing the need to extra nuts and washers, and every one of them lined up perfectly. |

Thomas <canope234@gmail.com>: Jun 14 02:24PM -0700 I bought an item assembled. It was a 25 fee. I did not ask for assembled. I said "take it apart". Got my 25 back. |

Tonight is the Lions Club fish fry, and my wife is heading out the door right now to go into town to pick up fish and chips. She bought a couple nice looking salmon fillets that we will have tomorrow. I hope I am hungry enough. Tomorrow is the annual Ride for Dads to raise money for prostate cancer research and awareness. A few friends and I are riding in that. I thought I had done well raising $400 but my buddy Pierre has raised over $6000. I hope that yours, as many parts as there may have been, was as easily assembled as mine was. One problem I am glad I did not have to deal with was parts that the instructions and diagrams said fit together but didn't. There were a number of pieces with two, three or four spots for small bolts to be screwed in, and every single one of them lined up perfectly. |

I like to put stuff together without reading the instructions. Well, that's how it starts out anyway. :) |

Got my 25 back. I lucked out on my previous BBQ purchase. It was on sale and the floor model was the last one. Even better, they were about to make a delivery somewhere near me so they threw it on the truck and it was delivered about 10 minutes after I got home, and at no extra charge. |

Four year programs were mainly for tech courses for the boys and business for the girls. |

Keys are jammed right next to each other. I got a Samsung Chromebook Plus. For some reason, it has a small "enter" key. Boy, that was a mistake. It's a wonderful machine in spite of this. I guess they had to do that so it wouldn't be absolutely perfect. As we all know, only God is absolutely perfect. :) |

I didn't say that it was okay. I just said that it was payback for the atrocities that Germans committed when they violated their non aggression treaty and invaded the Soviet Union, murdering millions of civilians. > and you > know shit about the waffen ss. all you know is what your liar of a > father told you. No, I told you my father never talked much about the war. I know about about the Waffen SS from what I have read. Some branches of the German armed forces were not political, but the Waffen SS was the Nazi army. > collaborators). you refuse to educate yourself, and you condone a > grandmother getting nailed to a barn door because she committed the > crime of being an ethnic german. Feel free to provide evidence that I ever said that. However, there are millions of examples of people having been murdered by Nazis because they were Jews, Gypsies, political opponents or homosexuals. |

We all talk dailyish but that one day is a reminder to step it up. It is a good feeling. As years go by so do the miles. For my mom, it truly made her day, me just showing up, not just a call. Life gets lonely. Don't let it be. One day... |
