That's simply not true. Yup, entering the trades, you will always be employable if you have a good work ethic... With WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Oppportunity Act), these trainings are free - of - cost to the trainee. And recently, "The SNAP to Success" program is providing these free trainings to those who are receiving SNAP (food stamp benefits), it is a good program that gets folks up and running with a trades career... It is hard work, but if you hustle you can make a very good life for yourself... https://www.dhs.state.il.us/page.aspx?item=93875 Overview Mission: The SNAP to Success program aims to build upon Illinois Department of Human Service's current SNAP Employment & Training (E&T) program by leveraging a new federal funding stream to partner with new providers and ultimately help thousands of additional SNAP participants find employment, advance in their careers, and achieve self-sufficiency. The Basics: What is SNAP Employment & Training (E&T)? E&T programs help SNAP participants achieve employment and self-sufficiency through education, skills training, supportive services, and employment. Services and training are currently funded by the State and federal government, but funding can come from a variety of other sources as well. SNAP E&T's flexibility allows integration with existing workforce programs (e.g., WIOA). SNAP E&T services are a collaborative effort between IDHS, the federal government, and our provider partners. The Basics: E&T Program Variety What are the types of allowable services? Job training Job search and job search training (e.g., job clubs, resume workshops) Work placements (on-the-job training, apprenticeships) Job retention services Education (basic education, ESL, vocational education) Who can provide services? These are the sweetest and tastiest I have ever had. When my Costco has them every other holiday season. I buy about 12 or 16 jars to get me through for the next time. It does change the flavor some. You can also try putting peppers on a sheet pan under the broiler for a few minutes on each side, just until the skin blisters, then into a paper bag with a damp paper towel for a while till cool. Then peel them. |

People change habits and adapt to a new reality, whatever that may be. How many will continue to cook instead of heading back to the restaurants? Not a good time to be in any retail or food business. |

My daughter had a pet anole in a cage and always bought crickets to feed it. One day she found a praying mantis outside and adopted it. It pretty much stayed on top of her bedroom curtain. Every day or two, she would feed it a cricket. Stupid crickets would immediately start climbing up the curtain. The preying mantis would immediately lean over and watch it climb up then eat it when it got in range. Interesting to watch. |

Should I buy Vit A separately? Multivitamins are often unnecessary for people that eat a good balanced meal. That said, a little won't hurt in case you miss something. I take 1/2 a multivitamin pretty much each day. Iron in them are good for women but is not good for men. Older mens vitamins skip the iron. Vitamin D comes from the sun naturally..Get out once in awhile. |

A couple months ago I came across an old bottle of Vitamin B12, which I was supposed to be taking once in a while. To make up for not having any for a while I popped 3 or 4 of them. Later that day was was alarmed to notice that my urine was extremely bright yellow. I was alarmed and immediately consulted Dr. Google. It turns out that neon yellow urine is the result of too much Vitamin B12, |
