I had enough of a work ethic that I stayed and did the work. Then I ended up with a good employer. I started near the bottom and worked my way up. I stayed with them for 28 years and not once did I wake up dreading having to go into work. |

Family comes in a distant second and I just can't grasp wanting to work every waking hour. I enjoyed my job tremendously, had a position of some authority, made a very good salary, and great benefits. I had told my new boss I was leaving in a year and a half but when I was offered a years salary with full benefits 6 months later I asked where do I sign? I have not regretted my decision. |
