If at any point you press it too thin and get a tear, easy to patch with a bit of dough from the edge. |

Pink pepper is definitely on my 'peppercorn' mix list, but I do roll them between my fingers to get rid of the pink outer membrane to prevent them from clogging my mill. Yeah yeah, I wash my hands first due to Covid etc. and I warn people with allergies because the plant is closely-related to several plants with poisonous components.
