I have a couple antique berry stemmers (look like a very small metal pincher to use between thumb and forefinger). These are metal, but I have seen plastic. I find there is too much waste using a knife to slice off the leafy tops, unless using the point of the knife to dig out where the leaves are "stuck," in the berry. N. |
