It eventually comes back to life. Not as cow, though.

They'll have to dump their spouses first but it won't be the first time a Brit monarch has given it all up for an American. I predict a royal wedding in the near future.

I do use a lid but the idea of browning the cheese a bit sounds
appealing. I'll at least try it once.

You can even lay some cheese down on the frying pan and then lay the pizza topping side down on top of that. Frying the top of the pizza makes it look weird - OTOH, who the heck doesn't like fried cheese?

If you use a non-stick pan and low temp., you can crisp the bottom
crust and get the top ingredients hot. (without flipping or covering)
I found, for me at least, that is the best way to reheat pizza.

Nor should Trump propose any major change of state policy to the Queen
which enriches himself.

Interesting points. Personally I wouldn't eat a hot pasta dish
alternating with forkfuls of lettuce salad. And certainly not pasta and
salad on the same fork.

I just don't understand it, although my sister eats much as you do.

Ignoring all-cold pasta salads, there are very good pasta dishes made with
vegetables but none that I know with cold veg and hot pasta.

On the other hand, lasgna is slightly different as it approximates to a
meat pie.

Indycars burn "pure methanol" cuz it's cheaper and it's safer. Same
reason as Pikes Peak cars burn mostly methanol. ;)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that Farage got dual
English/German citizenship for his children, whose mother's German.
Not for himself. I don't see the problem there.

If I had been a UK'er, I'd have voted to remain, but I can understand
why people want to leave the EU.
