We have them up here too, except they are called TSC. They have lots of
great stuff in them.

You are correct, in fact he first modern high - fidelity recordings were an outcome of WWII submarine sonar, here ya go:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decca_Records#Full_frequency_range_recording_(ffrr)

Technology developments [Decca Records, UK]

Full frequency range recording (ffrr)

"Full frequency range recording (ffrr) was a spin-off devised by Arthur Haddy of British Decca's development, during the Second World War, of a high fidelity hydrophone capable of detecting and cataloguing individual German submarines by each one's signature engine noise, and enabled a greatly enhanced frequency range (high and low notes) to be captured on recordings. Critics regularly commented on the startling realism of the new Decca recordings. The frequency range of ffrr was 80–15000 Hz, with a signal-to-noise ratio of 60 dB. While Decca's early ffrr releases on 78-rpm discs had some noticeable surface noise, which diminished the effects of the high fidelity sound, the introduction of long-playing records in 1949 made better use of the new technology and set an industry standard that was quickly imitated by Decca's competitors. Nonetheless titles first issued on 78rpm remained in that form in the Decca catalogues into the early 1950s. The ffrr technique became internationally accepted and considered a standard. The Ernest Ansermet recording of Stravinsky's Petrushka was key in the development of full frequency range records and alerting the listening public to high fidelity in 1946..."

That must be a new chain/francise thing that I've never heard of.
Here we have a "Fuel and Feed" store (if it's still around)

The first one I remember arrived in a town about 20 miles from me close
to 30 years ago. Another opened up a few years after that in a location
about 15 miles in the other direction. Then about 5 years ago one
opened up across from a mall only 4 miles from here. It has become a go
to store for me for tools and garden supplies. I have been there a lot
in the last month or so because it was one of the few stores open.

You keep spelling "anaerobic" incorrectly! And I got As in Anatomy and Physiology I and II plus I'm a BSN RN, so I think I can speak authoritatively on human health issues.

I was just copying YOUR spelling from this morning:
"My Nordictrack is mostly aerobic exercise,
not anerobic which is what weight training is."

Spelling aside, what I said is correct. And you are no expert
on anything.

Two of them, just outside of town. It doesn't take very long to get
from hipster coffee bars to cornfields around here.

So you readily admit that you can't lug 40 lb sacks of salt on stairs
with one hand... I've seen photos of your hands, they look like the
hands of a two year old toddler. If you posessed any physical
endurance you wouldn't work up a sweat on a silly nordic track, a
stupid machine that does all the work for you.... let me see you dig
post holes all day with a post hole digger. I doubt that Kootchie has
the strength to brush his teeth. The bottom line is that he has a
houseful of young wimmen... but he never gets laid. Kootchie has got
to be a faggot... hasn't the strength to get laid. LOL-LOL-LOL

1. I do not "get laid", I have sex/make love with willing women only!
2. While ED was one of my first and persistent MS symptoms, I have a medical treatment that more than supplants for normal erectile function, and lasts MUCH longer too!
3. No, my Nordictrack does NOT do any work for me! None!
4. I happen to have all male housemates right now.

So FUCK OFF ShelDUM!

Never heard of TSC (Tractor Supply Company)? There's a couple of them
here. It's the Home Depot/Walmart of farm supplies and equipment.

My daughter made some paella last night. The night before, she made chicken stew with dumplings. She's in the kitchen now making bath bombs. She said you drop one in your shower or bath and the dissolve while you're bathing and release a pleasant scent. That's the younger generation for you.

We bought a big, beautiful, 27" TV back in the late 80's. That was a big deal. It cost a lot but the time was right to sate our viewing pleasure needs. The model was an RCA Dimensia. At the time the name was futuristic sounding. We now know that would be like calling a TV model line "Senile."

These days one can pickup a 50" high definition TV that's capable of downloading streaming apps and games all day for under $300. My guess is that the future of gaming is streaming to a HD TV. It's going to be awesome.

As reported weeks ago — in mid April Dr. Fauci admitted that it was he
and Dr. Birx who persuaded President Trump to lock down the US economy
knowing the massive destruction this would cause in jobs, lives and
commerce.

President admitted that during a press conference in April that "two
very smart people" came into his office and urged him to lock down the
economy or 2.2 million Americans would die from the China virus. But
President Trump did not say who those "two very smart people" were.

**Dr. Fauci later admitted he persuaded the president to shut down and
kill off the US economy.**

Yes Bruce, we know that you didn't say that.

However, no matter what has happened, no one was ready for this
mess so to pass blame is dumb to me.

The oddest thing is who ever would have guessed the toilet
paper thing. WTH? Very odd priorities of what to buy first.

And obviously, people to stay home and not work plus so many
companies closed down will destroy any economy. I suppose
this is why so many are getting rid of stay-home restrictions.

If we all stay at home forever, if we don't die from the
corona virus, we'll all become homeless and die from starvation.

And die with filty unwiped butts.

Hello and yes I remember Chef Franco, I still have the sheet of his recipes and use them, they are great and now with WW being more flexible these are worth another look. Why is it the really talented seem to die young he was amazing. I was hoping to find more of his work but it seems that no one saved them or some other reason they are lost.
