Remember those?. I sure do. The TV in my living room is a 20" CRT. I don't use it myself now but it still works fine so no need to replace it. I've got my DVD player hooked up to it and still the old VCR. Plus it has good sound since it's hooked up to my stereo system. This one is almost 30 years old. Back then we watched it often. That one is pretty but... I found that I don't like a pattern in the middle of the plate. I bought these. But they chip really easily and they've been sold out. https://www.dollartree.com/royal-norfolk-turquoise-swirl-stoneware-plates-10frac12/197606 So I also bought these. https://www.dollartree.com/paisley-dinnerware-collection/e403 I don't like those as well but at least they coordinate with the others. These will do until I find a Corelle that pleases me. The last few times I looked, the prices were high and I wasn't thrilled with any of the patterns. I've had three sets of Corelle. I got rid of the fist set quickly. This was my first set. https://www.amazon.com/Vintage-Corelle-Spring-Meadow-Corning/dp/B019YQCQXY?ref_=fsclp_pl_dp_7 I loved the look but didn't like eating from it because of the pattern in the middle. And the dishwasher I had was a killer. It ground the glasses to powder and ate portions of the flowers off. This was my next set. Again, the pattern eventually began to wear off. https://www.replacements.com/webquote/corcov.htm This was my last set. https://www.replacements.com/p/corning-country-cottage-corelle-luncheon-plate/corcoco/16371091?rplSrc={ifdyn:KX}GPLA&rplSubEvent={ifdyn:3637856}151777&productTargetID={adwords_producttargetid}&dvc=c&rplsku=1637109&mkwid=1105200401575|pcrid|2763761603|pkw||pmt||pdv|c|&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cse&utm_term=401|pg984671&utm_content=1105200401575&utm_campaign=Shopping%20Campaign%20-%20Everything%20Else&msclkid=1b85a7cef9e41f99a4bcf97d4e675db6 The pattern was still good on those but a few got broken and more went missing. |
