It's not even 9:30am and you just turned me hungry! :)

Sort of like what threw me into a Carb Coma last evening:

And YUM!! but in my Carb Coma after dinner last evening, I watched the 1973 movie "Go Ask Alice" about a poor drug addicted high school girl named Alice. :-(

I now eschew all the drugs I took in high school! I'll stick with another Cuppa Plus! A cup of hot strong Sumatran coffee (1,3,7 trimethylxanthene AKA caffeine) and a ml or so of CDB oil courtesy of Lazarus Naturals and a dribble of Hershey's Syrup!

I have one of those in my pantry. Bought about 3 years ago but
still haven't opened it. It's got a 'best buy' date of
August 2018 but that doesn't worry me. I suppose I should
go ahead and eat it somewhat soon though.

I never brought it home and froze. Bought a week ago in a chub.
It was still perfectly fine. When I said I waited too long,
that was because I wanted to eat it, not that it was going bad.

And if you think it was rotting, why would you feed it to
your critters?

Anyway, it's very good hot breakfast saugage and I'll
recommend it to anyone.

Brand is Gunnoe's Country Sausage. (hot variety)
Made right here locally (to me) in Virginia.

Ingredients: Pork, Water, Salt, Spices, Sugar, MSG.
Includes hams, shoulders, loins, sides,
and pork.

I like it.

I like canned salmon. We were a long way from the ocean when I was kid
and we didn't have freezers, so forget about fresh or frozen. I had
canned salmon salad sandwiches in my school lunch at least once a week
and always liked them. I still eat them. I usually have at leas a half
dozen cans of salmon in the pantry.

Or a servant! When I purchased my house in Bel Nor MO 63121 and had to get my Occupancy Permit in 2018 I was aghast to read they have a clause regarding the number of "unrelated: people I lived with which actually includes the antiquated phrase
"(excluding servants)"!! Who has servants in the 21st Century? NO ONE! That I know of. Paid help maybe?

And racism is fictitious! It's a made up fancy word for meanness and prejudice! All humans belong to one same race: the Human Race! And as Orwell said in his book Animal Farm, all animals are equal, just some more equal than others!

You seem to have big self esteem issues.
Here on the mainland, in all of my lifetime, Hawaiians are
considered the coolest of cool people. No issue about the
off-white color.

Everybody wants to be you and live in such a paradise.
That explains your amazing tourist trade.

Undoubtedly, you do not. That's the real problem

You have issues. Lighten up and enjoy your Hawaiian status.

I used to know French well but have forgotten most of it so that
doesn't count. I do know "ferret" though unlike most of the
world.

IMO, the bright red lipstick is the biggest mistake.
Natural color lips are....natural looking.

Another big mistake lately...the magic marker thick black
eyebrows. Oh man!

Comb-overs were popular in the 80s and the top dog in our district had
the best one ever. It was so good that I hadn't realized how well it was
working for him. I had assumed that he was just thin on top. One day I
saw him walking across the parking lot on a windy day and was surprised
to see that he was totally bald on top and how long that side hair was.

Yes, I get that every weekday at 5pm I think it is.
One hour, 2 shows. Very interesting.

Free community service but only those that live close to
the office can get it from home. Here, I can connect in
the bedrooms but not in the rest of my apartment. And I
live almost right across the street from the office.

Out of a community of 400, maybe about 20-30 can get it
from home.

I suspect maybe some others are using it to stream stuff
and hogging it but I don't know.

I just ordered some chicory to add to my french press coffee, I used to use it all the time, I think it's healthy.

The EU, for instance, has legislation regarding privacy and data
confidentiality. Facebook will have to comply with that legislation. I
hope and assume that the US and Canada have similar legislation.

Not here yet. The EU had to give Zuckerberg a massive fine in order to
get that enacted. IMO I wouldn't trust FB one inch not to make money
any which way it can off me.

Watched a good documentary last night about the Nile River,
starting from it's source near the equator and flowing north.
It's interesting and I recommend watching it.
It's a river series - next one is about the Amazon River.
I do hope the series has the Yukon River too.

Anyway, somewhere along the Nile, they showed native fellows
catching thousands of swarming flies in fine-mesh nets.

They took them home and smashed them all into mush, then
formed them into patties. Fried them in fat and ate them
just like hamburgers. >;-O

The final note was that fly burgers contain 5X the protein
as beef burgers.

I do hope that what happens in Africa stays in Africa. heh heh

And a subscription to Cable and all the nice documentaries they
show these days. TV is not all about silly sitcoms.

Except you have to PAY for it! Pbs.org has tons of great shows on it most for free! I've watched and learned from many! Frontline, American Experience, Nature, Nova, etc.

Oh and Youtube has lots of informative videos, like how to insert a PICC line! A nursing skill I'd prefer to learn from a competent PICC line inserter nurse IRL!

Wait and see how you do at age 76, John.
IF you're lucky enough to ever get to that age.
Too many people never see that.

As a nurse, you should know that Nordictracking only works
certain sets of muscles. What about the rest? You need to
expand your exercise sessions, pal.
