Sure it matters. If I work Monday Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, I get
paid for two this week then get paid for the others in the next week
along with additional days worked. .

He said he works four named days each week. After the first possibly
partial week, the days/week is four.

In Hawaii, the state workers don't get paid on a weekly schedule. They get paid on the 5th and 20th of the month. Why do that do that? I have no freakin' idea. I suppose the answer to that is "because they can."

After these riots and media attention, I bet he'll go to jail for a
long time. Otherwise, they'll start looting the White House.

The video I saw was posted by an onlooker filming.

It is interesting that so many people believe that video does not lie,
but that different people can see the same video and see completely
different things.

You are right about him repeatedly saying " I can't breathe." It's like
the Eric Garner case. He said the same thing over and over, but it you
can't breathe you can't talk, not that many times. It is more likely he
was having trouble breathing because of the heart attack he had when he
was too out of shape to be fighting with cops.... resisting arrest for
the same offense he had been convicted of more than 30 times.

Maybe she is hoping to get something out of the divorce settlement
before the inevitable lawsuit against him.

The family is hoping for an independent autopsy. I guess they didn't
like the one done locally because it didn't support what they want to
believe.

" The autopsy report released by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner is
pending but preliminary findings show that Floyd had underlying health
conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart
disease. "The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by the
police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants
in his system likely contributed to his death," the report says, with no
evidence of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation."

The autopsy report said that he died of the combined effects of being
restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions and any
potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death, and
that there was no evidence of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation.

Why is that? Because he might have been less likely to resist arrest?

You think that do you. Well than I am going to have to go ahead and
think I was right about you being an idiot because I never said I was a
security guard. I said that I worked in law enforcement and you and
another nitwit thought it would be a funny insult to say that I was a
security guard.
George Floyd and Eric Garner would be alive today if they had been in
good enough physical shape to resist a lawful arrest.

You should broaden your virtue signalling if you travelled to Toronto to
join the protests going on there in solidarity with the black brothers
and sisters and for the black woman who died Toronto the other day. They
had been called to the apartment because of a woman in distress. When
the cops showed up at the apartment she fell or jumped off the balcony
on the 24th floor. Naturally it had to be racist cops that caused her
death. Given that it was Toronto, it would be a slim chance the cops
were white.

I believe that she meant that the George Floyd was security at a bar?

I believe you have that wrong. She and some other nitwit saw fit to try
to belittle me with the suggestion that my job in law enforcement was
being a security guard or parking enforcement after I ventured to make
an informed comment about a use of force incident. I was good enough at
my job that I was asked to teach courses in it and I was able to retire
with a full pension at 53. That just doesn't suit idiotic mindset so she
likes to try to throw it in my face once in a while to make herself feel
good.

Indeed. I do worry that the police will just keep on killing
completely innocent black people. We know that virtually NONE of
these victims are thugs. Next, they'll start in killing the women.

Eventually, we will have to loosen our immigration policies, just
to replace the millions of fine black citizens that have been
murdered by police. Most of these dead people were valuable
contributors to our society. Most were scientists, doctors,
engineers, etc. None were criminals or thugs. They are now dead
martyrs. We need more, because they were already a minority, and so
many killed by police, for NO reason.

Rioting is the only solution, as it has been for 70 years.

When will this genocide stop ... When will Police finally be
instructed that Black people are to be presumed innocent? Not
executed on the spot.

Doesn't matter. An innocent black man was killed by police during
an arrest.

That's all it takes here to spark an uprising and riots all across
the country. This ain't Canada. Our black people are empowered.

It's happened before. I suppose that nothing will come of it. In America, the white folks are afraid of the black folks, the black folks are afraid of the police, the police kill the black folks, the white folks don't see that there's a problem. That's just goofy as hell.

LOL! I know the feeling. I LOVED it as a SQL programmer and my boss

I was paid to do puzzles every day and make people happy! I really
like my current job but it's very different. Boss is ok but tends to
be a bit bitchy at times when you ask a question when he wasn't clear.

I happen to suffer from very serious COPD, plenty of times I have
great difficulty breathing and no one is touching my neck. I saw that
video and I doubt his trachea was being compressed. More likely he
was seriously inebreated from booze and/or drugs. People here often
say I've been drinking but I don't drink very often and then not more
than one or two and I don't do illegal drugs, never have... I need to
have my wits about me to use my nebulizer and I use it every day,
several times a day, and I take several other respiratory medications
every day.

If that cop wanted to harm that creep the video would have shown him
pummeling him, and more... all that cop did was restrain him, most
likely stopped him from looting and destroying honest hard working
citizen's property. All of those riotors deserved to be succumbed by
whatever means necessesary... if that creep was in anyway concerned
about his physical well being he would NOT have been out on the
streets with all those rioting sickos... he'd have been home minding
his own business... the POS was obviously looking for trouble and he
found it... good riddance to bad rubbish. Paint him how you like but
THAT COP DESERVES A MEDAL.

Many times I struggle to breath but If I'm talking I can breath...
rather than talk/conversate I expend my energy puffing my
nebulizer/inhalers.

I never rioted, instead I protected America with my life so I deserve
the safety of America's bosom... God Bless America and God Bless
President Trump.

Here's the one we just got.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CZCKTJ4

It's not as nice as the Bradley, but we will use it only once a month
at best I think. I wanted something we can use on the cement-slab
enclosed porch.

Because it's about to rain (supposed to be clear tomorrow), we've not
used it yet but we got it in place a few minutes ago.

I have a hunk of pork shoulder, a hunk of uncooked ham, a 3lb briscut,
and some yellowfin tuna fillets to play with. All told about 6lbs of
meat. We plan to put a disposable tray on the bottom rack and use the
middle and upper racks (fish on topmost) for the rest.

I have apple and hickory chips. I think the hickory is best match since
I have several things going on.

Next time at the store, I want to look over the pork belly as it sounds
fun to make my own smoked bacon!
