Not even gonna pretend. Those days of looking 'fine' naked are long gone. |

My home town in the Netherlands is the same. Small city, big university. Lots of people are uni graduates, students or teachers who came from elsewhere in the country. Natives are hard to find, which some would call a good thing :) |

My wife was upset with me because he had called while I was out and I refused to call him back. I knew his game and had a rough idea of his schedule. He lived in Nova Scotia and was planning his annual trip to visit his brother in Saskatchewan. He would be needing a place along the route to crash. He had had a house in Nova Scotia but had sold it and was couch surfing with people there. The last time I let him stay here I got to listen to all his doom and gloom and his gloating about how nice it is not to be tied down to a house, a mortgage, taxes etc, Yeah. He found it cheaper to mooch off his friends. Not so bad in one's 20's but we were in out early 60s at the time. Time to grow up and look after yourself. I knew the brother quite well. He was probably about as excited about his visit as I was, but will tolerate it because he is family. |

I haven't had a FB account for years so hopefully things have changed. Back in the day there *was* a way to delete the account. They just made it extremely difficult to figure out how to do so. Click on some links posted from a Facebook account and you'll often be prompted to sign into FB to view whatever. If you do that, you've automatically re-activated your FB account. Delete doesn't necessarily mean your information has been scrubbed from database. Not at all. Jill |

Thing is, my mother never used cornmeal for anything. This is a recipe she cut out of a magazine around 1960. My first introduction to cornbread by Mom was a Betty Crocker mix that came with a little foil pan circa 1968. It was sweet, like a cake. I had to discover cornmeal and cornbread on my own. Maybe next time I'll try cornmeal. The crushed corn chips are nostalgic and quite tasty. :) Jill |

It came with the 1500 minutes talk and text time and my old phone still had about 300 minutes left and that rolled into the new phone as well. The service is good for a year unless you are a heavy user and have to buy more airtime. I'm not and this past September I renewed my service without adding any extra minutes for another year for $50. |

It was a polite and safe way so he won't sue them for them to get rid of him. They most likely got an eyeful from his background check and scanning his online presence to say "no way is he working here!" He came home and announced to us he's got to really start working harder on the NordicTrack and build up his strength. As much as he's posted about his daily workouts you'd think he'd be Olympic-ready. |

| Gary <g.majors@att.net>: May 06 03:07PM -0400 Well, just a few days ago we were talking about and showing old corelle dinnerware and more. Just wanted to show the latest set I bought in the early 1990's. I like this set better than the older one. It's called "Shadow Iris" by Coringware. Here's a pic of what I have. https://www.hostpic.org/images/2005062354420078.jpg Odd pic though because the smaller plate is actually smaller than what is shown and the bowls are a bit larger than what you see. The bowls and smaller plates are the exact same diameter. I really love the pattern but I do wish they would have left off the green rim, like they did on the coffee cups. anyway, I bought a set of 16 pieces. 4X what is shown in the pic. |
