Sounds really good!

when you drop the cookie dough on the sheet where is the
edge? three inches from that edge. i.e. three inches
apart.

when someone says "Stand three inches from me."
you don't think of center of mass do ya? same
thing... IMO

I think so too. (But that was the question.)

I recommend vernier calipers and measure precisely from center to
center of each drop of dough. Some folks measure edge to edge, or
use their horoscopes. Sometimes, though, after I have drank a few
beers, I just glop them onto the sheet, willy nilly.

They always turn out better that way.

In Ontario, the yearly premium for OHIP is salary based. If your annual
income is under $20,000 it is free, over $200,600 it is $900. A guy with
a wife and 4 kids and and a $50,000 annual income would pay $600 per
year total.

Until your own pocketbook depends upon that very "screwing people, fraud, and tax evasion, and greed" ?

Our perspectives differ. I can't think of lower pond scum than your
Presidente.

That's the truth. I've been a juror on a murder trial and it does cause
a person to stop and think how serious it is to have someone's future in
your hands. It wasn't hard to find the creep guilty, just deciding if it
was murder in the second degree, voluntary or involuntary manslaughter.

In Tennessee, the judge decides on the penalty. The criminal statute
under which the person was convicted provides the appropriate sentence
for the particular crime.

Why??? Jury duty is really, really interesting, at least it is here.
You get an idea of how a trial really works, how well the defense
attorney and the district attorney present their cases. And in some
cases, you get to see a cancer on society all spiffed up and washed
behind the ears to look presentable to the court.

I think Michigan, due to its nordicness, is fairly civilised for a
fly-over state. As the weather gets better, the states become more
primitive.

Possibly, but compare your homicide rate with ours. You are much, much
more likely to be murdered in the land where more people are armed and
you are freer to use deadly force to protect yourself.

When I took the course for a concealed carry permit we were not told we
had to announce to the burglar we have a weapon. That might have changed
though in the last few years.

Drivers license and carry permit are to be renewed next month. License
will be good for another 5 years while the carry permit is good for 8 years.

That's the truth! What good is a gun that is locked and unloaded? The
only time my gun is unloaded is when I'm cleaning it then it is reloaded
with hollow points until the next cleaning.
