I shall remember that. Dinner tonight was pork adobo with potato. I've made a lot of adobo, but this was the first time I made it with potato. The potatoes come out real nice. Adobo is a Filipino dish that's popular in Hawaii because we got a lot of Filipinos here. It is meat boiled in soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, garlic, and bay leaves.
