My point was there is no proof anyone will be "immune" to Covid-19 just
because they've had it before and recovered. We won't know about it
until the second wave hits (and I surely do believe there will be
another one, due to people like Christkiller who thinks there's nothing
to worry about.

No evidence the virus won't hit people who eat gluten-free, either. Heh.

It also depends how the virus is going to mutate. They can tell
whether someone got the virus directly from Wuhan or via Italy.

Damn those nursing homes. My SiL's mother was in one. The old girl was
suffering from dementia and she had signed a DNR. One day she bought
the farm. No vitals at all. The bastards resucitated her. She barely
exited for another year and then one day my nephew went to visit her.
She went down again. He stayed with her and held her hand.

Oh bullshit. "Saving face" is looking out for number one.

I hadn't thought about it that way but thanks for the laugh! Actually,
I don't know what it's like as a teenager to have a girlfriend spend the
night with just me and my dad, the only ones in the house.

I had siblings and Mom wasn't ever very far away so no dinner with the
single dad. I doubt my father would have been cooking a sit-down dinner
for me and my girlfriends, anyway. If he did, it would likely have been
Navy Bean Soup. Or Potato Soup with Rivels.

Green beans seem to be huge in the US.

You're always whining about the news lately. Why don't you quote
some of these new stories? Almost every news story on TV also
appears on their website within 15 minutes after the newscast.
Please quote them so we don't have to listen to your fourth-hand
account of them and can judge for ourselves rather than listening to
your cynical ass after the fact.

Teenage girls doing a sleepover want roast chicken, stuffing,
mashed potatoes, and green beans.

it didn't happen."

He STILL doesn't know what "asymtomtic" means in regards to this
virus.

This guy hasn't researched shit, but he knows "a hell of a lot more
about it" than we do!

Note that Typhoid Mary DID have typhoid. She is one of the few true
asymptomtic carriers of all time.

Who puts their mother in a nursing home within the last month, and
probably in New York?

Your friend wanted his mother to die.

They said to use old worn out bras for masks.
There are plenty of women who use worn threadbare falling apart bras
every day, cheapos.

I'm totally confused. What is the payroll difference between biweekly,
semimonthly and bimonthly. Google is ambiguous and failing me here. I got
paid on the first and fifteenth of every month for, I think, the whole
damned time I worked.
So what's that? I'd guess, not biweekly, because a month isn't
generally four weeks. So then, there's semimonthly and bimonthly. Which
was it?

Our production lead once said that more pay meant more taxes and she was
sick of taxes. She was a close friend of our company owner, but he didn't
explain the illogic to her. He was, after all, a capitalist.
