This was one of the few times I had such high quality meat, so I seasoned them with just salt and pepper, and smoked them with mesquite for an hour. Sounds like a great way to potentially destroy a good steak. Then again, I don't know what you consider "amazing steaks" or "high quality meat". I'm pretty sure most people try their best not to buy crappy quality meat. What cut were these amazing steaks? Ribeye? NY or KC Strip? Porterhouse? T-Bone? Pray tell! Nope, not clicking your link. I don't see those same posters thanking their "champions" for speaking up on their behalf, either. Oh, a few select folks pat themselves on the back as if they're better than everyone else. I don't see people like Kuthe thanking anyone if they say something nice or give him sound advice. He puts all his personal info out there minute by minute (who gives a rip what he did before lunch?). He tells everyone to FUCK OFF and mind our own business. Wouldn't be our business if he didn't post every single detail of his life. He thrives on the negative attention. Jill |

My university classes had nothing to do with the US :) I know the big quantities, the overweight people, the bad healthcare and the fast food don't tell the whole story. They're just fun things to criticise. |

The scenery is very nice in parts but I thought the French people were stuck up, extremely insincere... and their food is nothing to boast of... you can eat a lot better at home, in fact nowhere has better food than the US... unless you're into tiny fresh water snails, I'm not. Italy has great saltwater snails, scungilli. I found Italy's foods far better than anything in France, and Italy's wines beat France's by several kilometers. France came up with lots of snobbish terminology for describing food/drink but it's all buffoonery, I've never seen wine with a schnozzola. Itally has far better cheeses and nothing in France can compare to Italian cold cuts/saw-seege. I'd much rather pepperoni than goose liver pizza. Italian baked goods make French baked goods lower than Girl Scout cookies. Nothing in France comes close to Spumoni... Hershy's Kisses is better than any French chocolate creation. I think the only thing the French do well is manufacturing dildos... they had to, the French males are all faggots. |
