Practice makes perfect! And I have been away from nursing for 2.5 years. And most of the challenges I have are with this electronic charting program, so I'm making Crib's Notes for myself on how to do routine tasks in it.

Sounds pretty difficult. Good thing you're a computer engineer.

About 8 AM I get an email and it has a photo of the envelope of mail to
be delivered that day. It does not show magazines. Some days I don't
bother walking across the street for junk mail.

It's no biggie since my mailbox is on my front porch. Rain, sleet, or
snow I don't get wet when collecting it.

Yeah, once you are used to consuming a decent quantity of water daily it's
no biggie to up your consumption. Maybe an extra glass daily until you're
used to sloshing when you walk.

I did not not say that there is anything wrong with anyone!

I realize now that there are 2 different guys in Hawaii. (ds1 & Sheldon)

Sometimes if I was not paying attention to indentation to denote
attributions and I would think I was reading a post from one whilst it
was the other. Sometimes I would assume someone was forging someone, etc.

BTW, thanks for changing your followup separator from ---- to =====. It
makes it possible now to see what you post when we use a real newsreader.

Sheldon lives in New York state. dsi1 is the only one here living in
Hawaii.

Did Sheldon ever live in Hawaii? If not, I likely got the attributions
wrong. Either way, I rest my case.

Yes , it is still early . But the tomatoes are starting to flower ,
the corn and okra are coming up , and the pole beans have some runners
all the way to the top of the 5 foot tall trellis . It'll be probably
another 3 weeks or so before we see anything but strawberries and a
handful of blue and black berries - new bushes this year . The pepper
plants all have blossoms and/or fruit already , and the squashes and
cukes are growing well , some have male flowers forming but I don't
expect females for a couple more weeks . As long as I keep up with my
end of caring for these plants , they'll provide a significant portion
of our fruits and veggies for the next year . And that's what it's all
about .

I have a feeling she is thinking of larger amounts. At 108-110lbs,
even I can drink a beer with no issues. A 2-4oz glass of wine may
enhance/match flavors. Umami thing.

A few weeks ago, Don and I did a 'date night' at home. You know,
dinner and a movie.

We had a simple white table wine.

First course: home made cream of mushroom soup with small side salad of
lettuce, tomotoes, black olives and buttermilk dressing. These were
small portions as we wanted to savor all the dishes.

Second course was steamed shrimp served in a white curry based sauce.
Hunks of bread pulled hot off the loaf from the oven and dipped in
olive oil, balsalmic vinegar, Parmesan and black smoked pepper. Again,
small amounts.

3rd course was a split Filet Mignon served with asparagus and a
colorful onion and bell pepper fixed in olive oil with a bit of minced
garlic. A small glass of rose was used here (also a table wine type).

Dessert was fresh fruit with cheese bits (Edam and a smokey Gouda).

Then I made popcorn (I have a stovetop unit) with lots of butter and we
watched movies. Cleaned up the next morning ;-)

It's ok Jill. The world would be boring if we all made the same things.
I also don't know what you think 'curry' is in this case.

Race issues calmed down until the internet and MSM made it an issue
again.  When I was in college in the late 80's there were zero racial
problems on campus that I heard or read about.
