No crybaby here should try to get all the people using a certain ng server banned just because of one poster. Get real. Censorship is a bad thing always. |

Too political an issue for my tastes. Whether these guys would have gotten violent with each other without guns is an unknown. They were probably both assholes - at least at the time of the incident - but to blame the gun for their behavior is unfair to the gun. Guns don't kill. People do. |

If you had worked before a better education, you might have worked for the lower wages that were never intended to provide a comfortable living. If someone wants to improve their lifestyle, it takes some extra effort to improve your worth and not just blame someone else for not paying you enough money. |

You might have missed it but Amazon was paying very decent wages a couple of months ago due to the holiday rush of orders. What I heard (on the real network news) was up to $25 per hour. Probably just temp seasonal jobs though. The silly amount of minimum wage was never intended for people to raise a family on. More like for young students to make extra money while still living with their parents. I worked many minimum wage jobs while I still lived at home (up to age 20) but I've never done that as an adult. Actually, I even did that one summer. I was working 50 hours a week on my large regular job and I took a "stage manager" job at the beach in the evening...just for fun and some extra cash. I was down at the beach every evening anyway, so why not get paid for it. |

Reading half of any book only half educates you. John read half of that economics book then stopped. He only knows half about exercising. If one reads only the first half of "2001: A Space Odyssey", they would have no clue what the story was about. Same with just watching the movie. Without reading the book first, the movie had no story. |

A lot of people use their phones for stuff besides making voice calls. For example, streaming movies (although I can't see the attraction of viewing a movie on a screen 2 inches across).
