Looks like Lu changed it from stir-frying in oil to... Well, I don't know what to call it when you put 2 tablespoons of water in a hot pan and watch it flash away. Cindy Hamilton |

It is a bottle bag, basically a sturdy, reusable bag with compartments to hold and separate the bottles. Around here you can get them at the LCBO (liquor store) or at wineries. Most of the wineries around here sell them along with their other branded merchandise but most of them give you one if you buy a few bottles. |

Same material as the reusable bags but has partitions to keep the bottles separated. Holds 4 bottles. |

The liquor store in town will carry your purchase to your car, smarter than risking some customer drop a bag of bottles. They know I will buy a case of Crystal Palace, no bag needed, Crystal Palace is now in plastic bottles, so when they see me park in front of their store they get my case on the counter ready to ring up and carry to my car. The case is a corrogated cardboard box but they insist on carrying it to my car and put it where I want on my back seat, drivers side so I can open the door in my garage. The liquor store is now owned by two youngish brothers, 30ish, they have no problem schlepping a case. A case of six two liter bottles can be heavy-awkward to manage. I can carry it but I'd rather those youngsters do it. |

Lugging one of those cases into the house a couple times a week could be part of a fitness program. |
