That's not a bad meal for a human. My granddaughter came over with some food. There was fried rice, char siu, pork hash, and some other weird looking spicy-red, rubbery thing. She grabs one with her fingers and eats the whole thing. It was beef tripe. She grabbed another one and gobbled that down. She was as happy as a clam - I was a little grossed out. On a happier note, we went to a restaurant last night and had the usual things. The desserts we had afterwards however, was anything but the usual thing. Most restaurants haven't even caught on to the concept of "dessert" - unless you consider a fortune cookie and the check as dessert. Pah Ke's certainly does know that Americans like to eat something sweet at the end of a meal. We had a banana split and a soy bean custard. The soy custard is a fabulous dessert. It's like a panna cotta but what's in it is a mystery. How can soy beans taste like fresh cream? Evidently, it's possible - either that or the chef is a lying bastard. 🤔 |

I am not a great writer - some, many might say I am not a writer period. Either way the best artists in any category are not concerned with making money. They may want money. But if they try to sell their art then they are not artists. All of them, I don't care who they are. As far as I'm concerned you have to die to be an artist. It's an automatic. "No doubt about it, he was good. But just think how much better he'd have been had he lived." That's bullshit of course. The longer most artists hang around the lousier they get. IMO. |
