I used Gruyere swiss, some Hellman's Mayo, a sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper, and an Apple! YUM!

You don't want to read that article. It makes your place sound horrible. The conformity nazis are getting into everybody's business there. Come to think of it, it sounds a lot like rfc.

It has come to my attention that this is the land of the not-so-free and home of the not-so-brave.

I wouldn't know how to measure or compare "brave", but the idea that
the council cares how tall your grass gets, is new to me.

That may be true, but they have a terrific PR firm.

I used to eat up all that PR shit most of my life. The last few years have left me disillusioned. Life was happier when I was illusioned.

I don't see the connection. I'm sure everyone is
a bigot in some way. But I don't get the connection.
By the way Latham - another honest observation on
my part - you are not the only Jew I've known who
thinks that just being a Jew is enough to exclude them
from bigotry. You are living off the highlight of your
people's existence, the holocaust which for most is
ancient history but for you and yours is an eternal
magic carpet to first prize in the "Who has suffered
the most?" category. I am not a bigot. But even if
I were I would not defend myself - not to you anyway.
Why? Because you are a bigot of the worst order. The
kind who will never admit it, even to themselves. Judith,
you 'besicken' me.

The media crap is hard for some to turn away from. Like a puddle
of puke on the sidewalk it simultaneously revolts them yet will not
allow them to turn away. Let's say you're right, Trump is a moron.
So what? Isn't it time to turn on to something else? Not for those
who live on 'da news 24/7.

This might sound negative and I don't care, I genuinely believe
that every fund raiser our there is full of crap. All of them, the
foundations, the charities, I don't trust any of them. If cures for
big-time diseases like cancer (example) are to be found it will
be without money from anybody. All of it is a crock. Walking
across America to raise awareness for Lyme's Disease, or
whatever. All full of crap. I think people who give to such
'charities' are doing it to absolve themselves from really
getting involved in anything, or maybe they don't give at
all but only claim they do. Either way, charities are bogus
if they ask for money - and the expression "non profit"
befuddles me to this day.

Doesn't matter, didn't understand it in the first place. I mean,
"Why don't you go shit in hat?" - what the fuck does that mean?
No big deal, I enjoy not knowing things all the time. In fact I'm
sick of learning period. But really, I am aware the expression
had a negative ring to it, something derogatory maybe - but I
didn't know exactly what it meant, so in that sense it didn't
matter who said it. Or does it?

For the love of God I just don't know

Indeed, I have sensors/processors in my head that enables me to scan nearby physical objects and identify them. I find it very useful to have eyes and a brain. You should pick some up as soon as you can!

You've gotta give me a break. You're much more familiar with dead
animals on a plate than I am.

I have been assigned a LPN as my doctor. She expressed some concern that
my A1C is trending upward. I told her that I have a ice cream drumstick
every night. She chastised me. Who cares? I'll be Ed's age in less than
two months. I'll eat what I want, even if it kills me.

We watched "Tremors" last night. I still have "Eating Raoul" saved to
keep the discussion on topic.

He wasn't entirely Nordic - his family left Scotland in the 1700s.
He was related to Gavin Greig, a well-known collector of Scottish
traditional music.

I wouldn't make beef stock out of that. For one thing, that looks like pork shoulder.
