When I was a kid, I'd make yogurt by fermenting milk in a thermos. Then, with the yogurt, I'd make waffles. This is a lot easier and faster. Well, I still have to work out the peculiars so I'm making another batch this morning. |

I remember when I was in Waikiki back in 2001 or so, I went to a grocery store and they had breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage and - I don't know - probably Nori seaweed) wrapped up in a styrofoam dish. Raw fish and seafood galore. Gimmie a break ! ! Times supermarket sell breakfasts for cheap. Well, they used to anyway. Western breakfasts tend to be on the heavy side for people that have to work in mines, chop down trees, or build railroads. Asian breakfasts are probably better for our modern lifestyles. In the future, people won't have to work at all so we'll all be eating Asian breakfasts. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tK4gaJwXw_4 |

| Sqwertz <sqwertzme@gmail.compost>: Jul 31 01:45PM -0500 3lbs of boned and skinned chicken thighs with some de-tendonized leg meat chunks, thigh scraps, and ground skin used as a filler and binder for any air gaps. Cured using sodium nitrite and salt. Garlic powder, a little thyme, rosemary, MSG, and a little pecan liquid smoke. All meat-glued together using a couple tablespoons Ativa RM (Monsanto Transglutaiminase). https://i.postimg.cc/qqvyLzgs/Lunchmeatloaf-Gl-ued-Unmolded.jpg Shrinkwrapped: https://i.postimg.cc/5038Lw99/Lunchmeatloaf-Shrinkwrapped.jpg And put into the hot tub at 155F. https://i.postimg.cc/fLZxVHNg/Lunchmeatloaf-Cooking.jpg Chew your foot off, Brucette. -sw |

| Sqwertz <sqwertzme@gmail.compost>: Jul 31 01:52PM -0500 Those crazy Asians got some weird-ass snacks. These are mostly little bony tail pieces of mystery fish cured in a heavily spiced chile oil/sauce and shrinkwrapped (very sturdy-like) in little packets. I spose you're just supposed to suck on 'em for flavor as there's not much meat on the one I tried. https://i.postimg.cc/VvZMHmb3/Fish-Scrap-Snacks.jpg Very potent. It'll grow hair on your boobs like a chia pet. -sw |

I'm on a wok jag and there some things you have to make when you wok. |
