It makes a large, finished dish and I'll share it with one of my neighbors. I used to make it as a one dish dinner with chicken except IIRC I made it with boiled chicken breast halves torn into pieces and added to the mixture. Jill |

My wife called and asked what kind of fish I wanted for supper. I told her shrimp, so she got me some skewered shrimps. I had to make a quick marinate so I used lime juice, olive oil, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and Trinidadian hot sauce. For herself she bought a Portobello mushroom stuffed with crab and shrimp. Interesting choice considering that she gets sick when she eats shrimp. So far so good. Dessert was a platter of fruit and a couple cookies. |

Her majesty wears a locked chastity belt. I a - hear down Dataw way she's nicknamed "The Iron Maiden"... "The iron maiden was a torture device used in Europe during the Middle Ages. This notorious contraption is known by other names, such as the Virgin (a reference to the Virgin Mary), and Jungfer (German for spinster). The iron maiden is described as being a human-sized box laden with spikes on the inside... A victim would be forced inside the iron maiden and would be impaled by the spikes when the torture device was shut..." -- GM |

I applaud her for taking advantage of the sale though, but I hope she eats other than just that in her life. Hey, we all like a shortcut at times but it just looked funny to see just pot pies. |

Both sweet and unsweet are available at any restaurant where I've ever eaten, and that includes restaurants that serve truly Southern things like fried okra and fried green tomatoes. Don't want sweet tea? Just ask for it. There are always two pitchers. Jill |

I can understand buying canned iced tea if you are out somewhere, but it seems odd to buy cases of it to take home when you can so easily make some black tea, cool it and sweeten it to taste and add some sliced lemon for a fraction of the cost of buying it. |
