I don't care for basil so occasionally I'll make pesto using curly
leaf parsley instead, however I don't really care for that either, to
me it seems a waste of EVOO, Parm, and pine nuts... I prefer pine
nuts for baking Eyetalian cookies. As a kid there were vending
machines all over NYC, even in the subway stations, that for a penny
dispensed a handful of pine nuts in the shell. Somehow to me the
combination of pinenuts, parm, and basil is gross... MAJOR TIAD!

I have a great idea for you.

Salt is redundant with cheese

I seriously doubt that your pea brain is capable of formulating
ideas.... from what I've seen here your ideas are all rectal.

Hmm. That's interesting. You think they are alike so you think that
mainlanders will find it very similar. I have been to lots of Thai
restaurants and a few Vietnamese restaurants. I had expected them to be
quite similar and I was amazed at the difference.

Nor do I. However, I like living here and not having neighbours 20 feet
away. I have close to an acre of grass to more, stone walls, three
structures, two streams and 70 trees to trim around, and hedges to trim.
There is always something to do. At the end of the day I can sit down
with a nice cold beer, BBQ supper, and not have someone peeling at me.

That's what leave blowers are for. You can get most of cleaned up
without using a rake. Blow them toward the road and then mow over them a
couple times. After a couple cars go by the leaves disappear.

I'd plant 9/10 of that with a ground cover that does not need mosing.
I've not cut grass for three years now.

If only it was that easy. This isn't a suburban lawn.

My watch does a lot of that including phone calls and texting. It's a
great alarm clock and timer. There's even fitness and medical stuff
that I don't care about. My wife can tell exactly where I am providing
there's wifi or a cellular signal. The watch uses "free electricity"
from the wall ;)
From a previous thread, I needed the watch batteries for another gizmo.

I'd prefer mine with lots of assorted 'shrooms and no tuna, I don't
like tinned tuna cooked.

What could I possibly do? Half the children I see in the grocery
store look like they're being abducted, simply because they're
badly raised and won't do what their parents tell them.

We occasionally are warned that they will test the system on a certain
day and at a certain time. It didn't work for most the first time and I
haven't received any warnings on my smart phone in subsequent tests.

quiches or cakes.

true.
