Ignore him. If they were born outside to a feral female and have never
been in your house they aren't "house cats". You can bet your sweet
bippy if a raccoon hurt or killed one of the ferals that eat on his
porch or hang out in his barn he'd be singing a different tune.

Many years ago our neighbour found a baby racoon and planned to raise it
and keep it for a pet. I told him I didn't think we could be friends
with a next door neighbour who had a pet racoon. He took the hint and
got rid of it.
 
Raccoons are a major pain in the ass in Toronto. They are everywhere
and they are a nuisance.

Forty-plus years ago my nephew had a pet baby raccoon. Its' mother had been
hit by a car and it was just a few weeks old, very tiny and very cute. As it
grew it got wilder and wilder and harder to control. He gave it to Opryland
when they had some animals for viewing on the premises.

She's claimed in the past she doesn't have room to store anything.
Price aside, she doesn't have to buy 20 lb. bags of rice. Smaller bags
of rice (and dried beans) still don't cost that much and can easily be
stacked on top of each other on a cabinet shelf.

I have a couple cans of sweetened condensed milk that are years past
their expiry date and the tops of the cans have a film of rust. I could
have thrown them out, but I have every intention of using them. I am
sure they will be fine.

was supposed to fill out the paperwork yesterday. Did that job fall
