"johnl...@gmail.com" <johnlorbal@gmail.com>: Dec 29 06:36AM -0800 I'm having pork tenderloin today. Sauteed in olive oil to medium rare. Along with cauliflower with butter, and sauteed onions, mushrooms with garlic and ginger. Fried potatoes. PT is the only cut of pork that I prefer medium rare. Every other cut I like well done. Trichinosis is very rare in farmed pork, although it can still occur. |

Sure. We can joke about Sheldon being married; we can joke about you refraining from re-marrying. At least he was willing to get back on the horse after falling off a couple of times. Mine seems bigger than the ones I see in that pic. But maybe is it just the photo. It stood me in good stead for our bread for many many years:) |

I bought my Kenwood specifically to support British industry. The KitchenAid I use in the US, was bought to support US industry. Of course, if they had been crappy products, and the only decent mixers available were Chinese-made, I would have regretfully purchased a Chinese one. == +1 |

This is why I always defended Trump for not warning everyone to wear masks and stay home every chance you get. Not fair to blame him for the many deaths in this country. Even if he had done that...still so many idiots would have ignored the warnings just like they do now. In a fair world, it's the idiots that ignore the warnings that should be the ones that die, not the "collateral damage" that they cause by spreading the virus. |

For Christmas, I would have chosen the Turkey dinner. It's not bad. I had a microwaved and chopped Yukon gold potato, a sweet potato, some semi-homemade stuffing* and some applesauce. Slice of bread and butter always with most meals. * one box of StoveTop Turkey stuffing, then doubled with homemade ingredients...diced bread then dried overnight in the oven, minced onion, plenty of dried sage and homemade chicken stock rather than water to moisten it all. That was it. Simple. I do have a frozen dinner in the freezer that I bought over a year ago to have for Thanksgiving or Christmas (2019). Didn't have it last year and planned to this time, but still didn't bother. It's a Stouffer's dinner. White turkey meat with stuffing and gravy and a side of mashed russet potatoes. I've never tried that one but I should go ahead and eat it soon. Just add some vegetables. |

He's not the Messiah. He's an old, center-right politician whose best feature is he's not Trump. America will have to lead itself out of the darkness. 74 million of those idiots voted for Trump.
