Even the guys at the place you bought your phone from can't explain them to you. If they call headquarters, the guys they talk to can't explain the bills. Cell phone service in the US is mostly a scam and the guys that sell the service don't have any problems with lying straight to your face. These days, I don't have to deal with bills or guys trying to sell me a service plan. |
