I don't care about your religion or lack thereof. I believe everyone is
free to believe what they want. Just don't push it off on me because I'm not
interested. I have a sign by my front door saying so. You also should never
blindly assume that a person is a certain religion because there's a great
chance you'd be wrong. You also seem to want to lump people together.

As for your "cooking", I really have no interest. You seem hell bent (and
no, hell is not a part of Christianity at all but some people think it is)
on using your air fryer. More power to you there but I never cared for fried
foods with the exception of fried okra as a child. I'm also not big on new
cooking devices. Small kitchen. Not much counter or storage space.

I love to cook. It's not about saving time with me. Yes, I do cook some meat
and rice in bulk. That is portioned out for the freezer but is mainly used
for the dogs. I will eat a little of the ground beef now and then in a taco
salad or something like that. But I'm not a big meat eater.

Anyway, gluten is the ENEMY! If it doesn't affect you, it will affect
your child. And if it doesn't affect her either, it will affect your
neighbours or your President! So don't eat GLUTEN!

Cholesterol is produced in the body. Has nothing to do with cholesterol in
food.

I would not want the look of your dish. It sounds hideous. And my cheese is
never crumbly unless it's supposed to be that way. Like Feta.

How do you make it with no dairy? I love hot fudge over canned pears.

Soy based pasta? PPpppyuk!

If I want orange chicken, I use use whatever nuggets or strips I have in the
freezer and toss them (after cooking) with purchased orange sauce. You can
even use plain cooked chicken if you don't want the breading. Serve with
rice.

I'm not going to go out and buy a bunch of ingredients to make this dish. We
only eat it maybe 2-3 times a year. It's okay for a change. Not a favorite.

The Asians don't call it anything. It's a dish made by Americans for
Americans.

The sales tax on new cars in Denmark used to be 180%. About a year ago
they dropped it down to 150%. Everything there is expensive. However, it
is a beautiful country and people there tend to be happy with their lives.

Yes, we only use electricity that's been generated by burning FOSSIL
FUEL!!!

You know it, and I know it but someone else here hasn't connected the dots.

The Bernie plan will put us in that category. AOC's Green New Deal will
tax us 100%. I still pay about $650 a month for us with Medicare and
supplement. The big question, what would my tax be for "free" medical?

I wish I was in a position to know. Both are better fresh than frozen,
but around here those things are either in the freezer compartment or
on ice with note that they re previously frozen. Big shrimp tend to be
much better than small shrimp and large scallops are better than small
ones. The price reflects that relative quality. Small shrimps are quite
affordable but the big suckers are very expensive. You can get bags of
frozen bay scallops for about twice the price of shrimp. Those nice big
scallops that are nice for pan searing are going to cost about $4 or
more apiece.

obviously I am dealing with frozen for either. I buy them at Costco
and just bite the bullet knowing I am going to have to spend around 50
dollars for a bag of wild caught shrimp ( 4 pounds0 or 30 dollars for
a smaller bag of scallops(don't recall pounds). I had my first taste
of scallops when I briefly lived in New Jersey and I loved them. Those
of you next to the ocean can get fresh caught, I can't.

I hadn't thought of spinach. That hot spinach salad might be nice as
the only accompaniment to the scallops. a smidge of light cream sauce
might be nice. thx

Wild caught, never frozen, are about $16 tp $20 a pound here.

If you like that stuff, you might like this stuff, but don't put it on rice. Put it on bread or crackers. I believe you can get it at Ikea:

Gluten free crackers are easy to make.
