Lee Kum Kee has some great products, I love their sriracha sauce, I
put that stuff on almost everything. Even my salads and my chili. Best
part is Lee Kum Kee is mostly gluten free!!!

Try tamari sauce... it is essentially a soy sauce without the wheat.
In my opinion it tastes better, but most say it tastes the exact same

I've used it. ....meh....

I like Kimlan cuz of all the regular soy'z I've tried, it tastes the best.

Tip: Let yer soy sauce evaporate down. I did it with an old container
of Kikkoman. I think it was "tamari" Kikkoman. OTOH, I like "dark"
Thai soy (Best Boy?) and blackstrap mollases, neither of which I
currently have. ;)

I heard my quote above by Tim Allen on "Last Man Standing" just a
few days ago. It made me laugh. I never watch that show. Just
watched for a few minutes and he told two funny things. Maybe I
should start watching it more often for some good sitcom humor.

Ok, you convinced me. I'll make one tomorrow. :)

In the US, they use their automatic (and semi-automatic) guns on school
children.

I looked at the two verifiable sources you cited - OSHA and the news site.
Pretty weak, comparing one failed safety inspection and one death to what
apparently is a pattern of poor labor practices at Amazon, not just related
to injuries and deaths. Admittedly the death rate is not high but the
Amazon thing has even been reported on by Fox news. I don't think it's a
conspiracy against Amazon.

I've been making this recipe for years. I love it, but the rest of the
family is not so in love with it, so I mostly save making it for when
they're not around to scoff at it.

Can't hurt!

I use regular "red rooster" Sriracha. Never tried butter. Tried
cinnamon, once. ....meh!....

I'll give butter a chance. Anthony Burdain's fave red sauce never
impressed me. ;)

I was ticked off by a letter to the editors of a newspaper that bashed
the producers for allowing a professional sports gambler to compete. I
did not understand the objection. Being good at sports betting would not
necessarily make him proficient in other areas.

He might have got bored with the game. He is a gambler. He said that he
thought his opponent would not get the answer. He may not have expected
her to bet so much, especially on that category.

Go out and get yourself a tinfoil hat to help you figure out the
conspiracy without them reading your thoughts. I don't think Jeopardy
had any reason to want him off. Au contraire... they love it when they
have a champion who is acing all the questions. It may be costing them
money in prices, but they get more than that value in PR. People flock
to the show to see how long the champ can hang in and, hopefully, become
regular viewers. That puts their ratings up and increased the
advertising revenues. The viewers are the product.

Apparently Gary cares. ;-)
FWIW... I hate the term "fake news". I hear it too many times coming
from the lips of Donald Trump as he is fending off questions about the
things he has been quoted as saying. I just can't fathom the idea of
dismissing something he has said as being fake news when he was the one
who said it.

Of course not. I run the dishwasher when it's full. Every
day, sometimes twice on a weekend day.

Why? Because you think so? I don't understand condemning someone for
the choices they make. Do you hand washing folks go to some sort of
house-proud housekeeping heaven because you can say you voluntarily
did the dishes by hand?

I don't get the thrill of a dishwasher. I find it more tedious to load
and unload the dishwasher than to simply wash the dishes after each
meal. It doesn't takes me much longer to do the dishes by hand than it
takes to load the machine, and later they have to be unloaded.

That condemnation seems to be a two way street. People who use their
dishwashers a lot seem to think that those of us who don't are not
thinking with our heads on straight. It is not a matter of house keeping
pride for me to do dishes by hand. I don't really enjoy housework and
cleaning up the kitchen. I do it because I think it is easier. I prefer
to do it in small doses.

  Not a  chance , for me it's a business . I am what they call a
"sideliner" , someone who isn't in it as a full time beekeeper but
expects to make a profit from operations .

Very moderate heat to start. When the whites start to firm up and go
white, add about a teaspoon of water, cover with a lid and reduce the
heat to low. Check every 30-45 secs for degree of doneness you
prefer.
