Like,ta know how hordradish root works. Never knew!

Usta buy SAE(?) horseradish (blew my socks off) but never knew how to
make it from scratch (despite buying fresh root).

Now buy Silver Star (extra hot). Need some horseradish + ketchup fer
some shrimp. ;)

We eat a lot of horseradish and hot mustard on this rock. Sushi restaurants will have jars of wasabi at the table and Chinese restaurants and ramen restaurants will have jars of mustard on the table.

I've never seen fresh horseradish in stores. Why is that? Beats me. My understanding is that wasabi works the same way i.e., you can eat the stuff with no problem. The heat only gets released when it's grated. If I see any fresh horseradish in the stores, I'll be sure to pick up some.

It's all in the wasabi in the restaurants. Unless you're paying money
most people on your poor rock can't afford, wasabi is horse radish
with a green colorant. Hawaiians don't know the difference anyway.

Most people don't know the difference because most people haven't had real wasabi. I said we eat a lot of horseradish and hot mustard on this rock. I never said wasabi. I know what that green stuff in the restaurant is. Yoose ain't that smart.

You were wondering why there was no horse radish in your stores. I
told you where it went. You're welcome.

Now that I have a FULL TIME Nursing job I get a new face mask every week! Not the N95 mask, but good enough to prevent me from spitting on others!

The thing about racists is that they'll swear up and down that they're not racists. I actually believe them - they really are totally clueless. People of color know what the score is. America is supposed to be the great melting pot but it's more like a great big power keg.

I wish I could get that excited about wearing a mask. Of course, it doesn't matter how I feel about it - I'll wear a mask because it's the right thing to do. My poor wife has to wear a mask for her entire shift. OTOH, I suppose you have it 50% worse. God bless us every one!

So then, do you agree that you're a racist? I mean, only Sheldon's
worse than you.

I thought you didn't comment or care about internal stuff of other
countries. But boy do you care about another country's innocent
children's party. That's much more important than the Chinese
genocide!

The other day I had the mask on and my breath smelled like rotting meat and I was feeling a little weak. My guess it was because I hadn't eaten. Luckily, there was a McDonald's nearby so I ordered a chicken McNugget Happy Meal. Within a few minutes of eating some food my breath returned to its normal sweet self. Was there every a more aptly named product than a Happy Meal? I think not.

And that's fine with you because you don't care about countries'
internal affairs. Problem solved.

Huh? I have absolutely nothing to say about Asian Americans, except
that they have nothing to do with the corona crisis.

Stop spreading nasty rumours and gossip, Jill.

Yes, in fact, they are made mostly of polymerized petroleum products and are thus evil. But at least they are NOT DISPOSABLE as so much plastics are!

That's true, but for meat that has been smoked but not cooked through it's
a somewhat low temperature to finish the meat. Being wrapped tightly it
will stay juicy and not dry out.

But the source of the heat affects the outcome of what is being cooked.
Broiling is direct radiation and affects the surface just like sunburn,
Ovens have a baffle system to even out heat. Grills can burn the bottom
from radiation.
