Maybe that's just how he defines care and respect.

I can't say that I've ever heard of 'butter chicken.'

I haven't heard of it either, I wonder what is in that butter sauce.

Where I worked one of the owners liked grey. What a depressing color
and he had it all over. We had an 18" flood and he was in Europe at the
time so when we cleaned up I had our office painted a light green. Much
better.

I don't live in an HOA area but it is now deemed historic. With that new
ruling there are restrictions of what can be done or added to a house or
the property.

Two years ago I had a concrete driveway poured in my backyard in anticipation
of a carport for my new car. I ordered one online and thought maybe I should
see about getting a building permit. Off to the codes and building permits
office I trotted to find out what I had ordered is not compliant with the new
ruling for my area. Who would have thought six posts and a roof for a car
would have to meet certain guidelines? Nobody is seeing this carport but me
and the garbage men since it almost at the back of my lot.

John's house may very well be in a historic district with certain do's and
don't's, too.

Any of those would be a great choice but I think the first one, my favorite
as well, would be really good about hiding everyday dirt.

If all of that's your lot, that's big for the city.

Canned sardines are so well cooked the tiny bones melt into the meat flesh.

Yes, I'm just difficult with this.

We only get those small round cans of salmon that have no skin and
aren't recognizable as salmon either. Could be anything.

So does the sardine poop.

Do you like the boneless, skinless canned salmon? It's available here
in small 5 ounce cans. What I've been able to buy is the pink salmon
and it's quite good.

When I worked and would take lunch for work for the week I'd sometimes
make salmon patties. My co-worker would get the heebee jeebees about
regular canned salmon so I'd buy the small cans of the skinless bone-
less variety. The regular stuff didn't bother me but I'd accommodate
her to stop the whining.

Try them, they are really good if you like sardines.

Oh ok. I wasn't sure how it would affect your recipe.

True and you get a little extra calcium!

We buy little round cans of salmon a lot. I prefer mackerel, but if
you need a quick lunch, they're not bad.

Yes, salmon patties are nice. We get salmon or mackerel in big cans,
with bones in. But we remove the bones at my request :)

That's what we always had when I was a kid. To feed 5 the large cans were
a must.

Yes, much more economic than the fancy little cans. I think we started
making them a few years ago after I saw "Auntie Fee" on YouTube.
