Thanks > Janet US I don't think of is as a salad as much as a condiment. Unlike greens, not something you have alone for lunch. The original recipe I saw was to use Strawberry Onions. They are a large sweet onion planted around the perimeter of strawberry fields and will start to harvest in February. |
