But not the Catholic Church. They need the warm bodies.

Today I will stop into the liquor store in town to replenish my supply
of Crystal Palace vodka. I will park in the closest space to the
front door. As soon as they see me park they will place a case of
six two liter bottles on the counter for me. I'll pay with Visa and
they will carry the case out and place it on the back seat drivers
side so I can open that door in my garage... no bag needed.
Supermarkets in NY don't sell wine or liquor, only beer. I buy the
case and get 15% off, so $83, will last me 4 months.

They should have hanged that doctor that got the rumour going about
the measles vaccine causing autism! Measles quite often damaged
kids, my eldest is deaf in one ear as a result. Someone I know
through playing bridge is blind in one eye, same reason.

The pope is likely anxious about RC numbers falling, it was bad enough
when the Pill came on the market. Good RC's couldn't take it but I
remember it was amazing how the large RC family disappeared and they
just had 2or 3 kids!

In Virginia, most stores sell beer and wine. For the stronger stuff you
go to an ABC government run store.

Mr Andrew Wakefield is no longer a Dr. He had his licence pulled!

The Pope is an anachronism.

I used to wear Red Fingernail polish, and one time a friend asked me if I wore that to shock people or feel pretty, and I said BOTH! :-)

That's the *very* basic cocktail sauce ingredients but good stuff
contains more. Two that come to mind right now is to add some lemon
juice and some Worcestershire sauce.

I quit making it years ago as I love the shrimp taste cooked plain and
not dipped in a sauce.

Same here. I don't see any reason why anyone feels the need to tell
about their sexual habits or preferences.

What kind of shrimp do you buy?
I only like fresh in the shell shrimp, never frozen,
cooked until just done. I won't buy those bags of frozen shrimp, and I
detest breaded. I like Gold's horseradish; white for seafood, red for
meat.

If you're that weather intolerant, your best bet is to work hard, make a
ton of money and own 2 houses. One in the north for summers and one in
the South for winter.

I worked for many rich customers over the years they did just that.
They would live here between Easter and New Years, then move to their
Florida house for Jan - March.

Sounds good. I used to grind beans but now I buy whichever is on
sale, usually Folgers. I found grinding beans was messy from static
electricity, and the coffee was no better than any brand. I drink
black no sugar.
I've not seen Mary B's biscuits here. I typically don't eat
breakfast, I do brunch at about 10 AM, usually toasted raison bread
w/butter. I'm retired but I'm still out of bed at 5:30 AM, cats know
time.

I do that overnight, find that is enough. Same principle applies to
ducks, nice crispy skin results.

Micheal, you're only trapped there for 11 more years because you are a
good Dad. You're willing to sacrifice some of your needs for the needs
of your daughter. Kudo's to you. For that reason especially, I admire
you. You are doing the right thing and she will notice that once she
becomes an adult. :)
