My wife's friend calls herself a "banana" i.e., yellow on the outside and white on the inside - an Asian that is culturally a white person. According to the Vita label, a 2 oz serving is 440mg, 18% of sodium intake. So, looks like 216% in 24 oz. Did you have chips with them? I'd skip the bacon for breakfast and ham sandwich for lunch that day. |

I checked it online. A one cup serving has 1218 mg. 51% of the RDA for sodium. The dietitian told me to always check the nutrition information labels and to avoid anything with more than 300 mg. |

The Chinky restaurant we went to for years cooked a ton of rice every day in a giant wok, reserved only for cooking rice, they claimed that wok imparted a particular Chinky flavor to rice. The only white rice I like is Chinky rice. I'm not a tea drinker but I do enjoy a pot of hot Chinky tea with Chinks/Chinky food. Btw Chinky ladies have the best bodacious bodies, heavy ivory bosoms to die for. |

(racist disatribe deleted) It's a matter of how often you make it, that makes the difference. Rice cookers at less than 1/2 cup raw (and has to be a small one) are not very useful. They kick in at 2/3c raw if sized for it. Yield of 2/3 raw is about 2 cups cooked rice. The average Asian serving of rice is 1 cup per person per meal. |

The Jewish 'Bris' is done 8 days after birth and modern circumcisions are with medical care and pain killers, normally in infancy. FGM is done on various ages but normally 8-12 years of age and with no medical presence or care. No pain killers. The equivalent of FGM on a male is removal of the penis. |
